Circumscribed tumor in the dermis (a nodule on the vulva or perianal area of women)

with many maze-like glandular spaces with apocrine differentiation and papillary folds

no connection to the epidermis

minimal inflammation around the tumor

=============>   hidradenoma papiliferum
