I don’t see neither pronounced atypia nor mitosis, nevertheless there is an infiltrative growth in dermis. Favour low grade hidradeno-carcinoma.

I would rule out metastatic clear cell carcinoma, whether originating from the kidney or elsewhere.

Nodular hidradenoma or chondroid syringoma. More hyalinised trabeculae than typical chondroid, but would still consider chondroid syringoma.

Favour clear cell hidradenoma.  Vascular pattern not typical for clear cell RCC but need to r/o with IHC.
