79-year-old female with left cheek excision. Variegated brown slightly papular lesion.

Fibrosis, hidden atypical melanocytes, lymphoid follicles in deep dermis, intraepidermal crowded growth of melanocytes, with basal epiderrmis effacement...my spot is LMM, with desmoplastic melanoma features in invasive component. 

The dermal invasive component looks like a "granuloma faciale”, doesn’t it? Or am I wrong? Amazing case. Thanks Dr Iskander.
