A 23-year old gentleman with a reported long history of an asymptomatic persistent plaque that began on his left medial ankle after a traumatic injury to this area. One year later, he developed larger plaques on his right thigh and left hip with the reported history of positive culture for mycobacterium gordonae, the clinical diagnosis was a granulomatous dermatitis with possible infectious etiology

Granulomatous non caaseating lesions ?AFB ?Mycobacterium Gordonae infection ( never seen a case before ).

Thank you for your comments. 

The final diagnosis is: Granulomatous mycoses fungoides

The differential diagnoses to consider are:

Granulomatous dermatitis due to infection.
Xanthogranuloma.
Granuloma annulare.
Necrobiosis lipoidica.

I have uploaded the immunochemistry of this case also.
