62yo Caucasian woman on a topical alkylating agent, Mechlorethamine gel presented with worsening ulcerating and vesicular eruption involving bilateral distal lower extremities.

Many thanks everyone for your comments. The final diagnosis is: Vesiculobullous MF with superimposed pustular vesicular drug reaction to Mechlorethamine.
