65-year-old man, 3-year history of an enlarging lesion o the chest. No lymphadenopathy. No hepatosplenomegaly. Blood Count - Lymphocytosis - 22.9. Bone marrow biopsy - Nodular infiltrate of small lymphocytes (CD20+; CD23+; CD5+).
Skin biopsy.
