73-year-old male with Right temple incision with 5mm punch biopsy. Bleeding nodule started life as flat brown mark.

Malignant neoplasm.

Wide differential including primary cutaneous and metastatic malignancy.  Vaguely papillary in some areas, possibly large numbers of interspersed plasma cells.  Pigment favoured to be haemosiderin.

IHC panel required to differentiate between carcinoma, melanoma, plasmacytic differentiation.
