A 27-year-old female, previously healthy, presented with scattered disseminated scaly patches, associated with vulvar and intergluteal firm swelling and groin-skin induration for one year. No pain. No pruritus.

Lymphocytic infiltrate with epidermotropism, giant cells and elastophagocytosis are the features pointing towards granulomatous slack skin.

FIGURE 5 IS A LUNG BIOPSY WITH GRANULOMAS AND ASTEROID BODY, IS IT FROM THIS CASE ONLY ?

Yes, it is. The same lymphoid population. There are giant cells like it was seen in the skin biopsy. (Am J of Dermath, April)
