Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia or cutaneous epithelioid angiomatous nodule

Thank you for your comments. 

The final diagnosis is: T - cell rich angiomatoid polypoid pseudolymphoma.

The differential diagnoses to consider are:

Cutaneous epithelioid angiomatous nodule.
Epithelioid haemangioma.
Pyogenic granuloma.
Cutaneous T - cell lymphoma.
