Psoriasiform lichenoid reaction pattern with epidermotropism. MF is the most likely diagnosis to be confirmed by IHC

Papular MF or pityriasis lichenoides which can have significant epidermotropism simulating MF. Clinical history of lesions resolving on its own and IHC will help.

The final diagnosis is: Type D lymphomatoid papulosis

The differential diagnoses to consider are:

Mycosis Fungoides
Type B lymphomatoid papulosis
Pityriasis lichenoides
Drug eruption

Not sure about MF,because the intraepidermal lymphcytes aren't larger than intradermal ones

the duration of the lesion (1 year) make me also think towards MF. (i think lymphomatoid papulosis does not last that long, it comes and goes)
