Diffuse large B cell lymphoma leg type - to be confirmed by IHC.

Thank you for your comments. 

The final diagnosis is: Primary cutaneous follicle centre B-cell lymphoma, large-cell predominant

The differential diagnoses to consider are:

CD30 anaplastic T-cell lymphoma
Large B-cell lymphoma leg-type
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma
Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm

I have uploaded the immunochemistry of this case also.
