Asimmetric nodular growth of the top half of the lesion, with melanoma-like features at the left in first and second pic ( whereas the remainder tumor looks like a Spitz fuseroma ( ?ALK ) )

Conclusion: I don’t know. p16/CDKN2A-inactivation?

The final diagnosis is: Atypical Spitz tumour. Please see the Immunohistochemistry of this case also.
The differential diagnoses to consider are:
Spitz tumour
Spitz nevus
Spitzoid melanoma
BAP1 epithelioid melanocytic tumour
