The final diagnosis is: BAP1 epithelioid melanocytic tumour. Please see the Immunohistochemistry of this case also.

The differential diagnoses to consider are:

Spitz tumour
Superficial spreading melanoma (SSM)
Atypical Spitz tumour
Spitzoid melanoma
