MMIS?  I'd rule out unusual location for Paget's as well, and SCCIS.

Agree with differentials, but I think there are cytoplasmic vacuoles, so favour Paget's

Difficult. there is pigmentation, like a melanoma, and a nested growth pattern, like a melanoma...but there is cellular vacuolation, so favor EMPD.
