My thoughts r eccrine angiomatous hamartoma or eccrine mucinous nevus.

I was thinking of a SAF, but the Colleagues are right. This is an eccrine angiomatous hamartoma. Learned a new entity today.

Diagnosis: Mucinous eccrine nevus.  Colloidal iron lit up the abundant dermal mucin with a concentration around the eccrine glands.
