This should be the invasive variant of EMPSGC, so called Primary Cutaneous Mucinous Carcinoma. Shouldn’t it?

Yes, mucinous carcinoma. An in situ component was detected by p63. So, it is a primary cutaneous tumor, not a metastic mucinous tumor.
