Difficult!

? Lichenoid granulomatous dermatitis for work up. ? Granulomatous lichen striatus albus. ? Couldn't explain the interface tissue reaction in context of tuberculoid leprosy..

I don’t know what kind of granulomatous reaction this is. ?Sarcoidosis

Tuberculoid leprosy comes in differential considering periadnexal granulomatous infiltrate.

Could this be Hypopigmented MF? needs correlation with clinical/rest of skin examination and further IHC.
