AdenoCa, could be metastatic. I do see some dirty necrosis which makes me think colon but lung and prostate are more prone to do skin mets. Would like (if its of unknown origin ) to start with keratins 7 and 20

Yes, metastatic adenocarcinoma, lung primary. CK 7 was diffusely positive, CK 20 negative, CDX2 negative, SAT B2 negative, NKX3.1 negative, and TTF-1 negative. The patient had stage IIIA, unresectable adenocarcinoma of the right lung, and was receiving chemotherapy and immunotherapy. TTF-1 negativity in NSCLC may be a predictor of a worse prognosis.
