My thought as well, Kaposi's.  HHV-8 positive?

Its either some kind of hemosiderotic dermatofibroma or Kaposi sarcoma. I favor the latter but i would like to see erg and hhv8

KS, nodular stage. There is a "promontory sign", around eccrine glands, instead native vessels, and around native vessels also.
