Can we get notations saying which immunostains are what? It could be subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma but I'd like to know the stains being shown.

Morphology matches better with SPLTCL. CD4+, CD56+/-, grand -. IHC doesn’t fit primary cutaneous gamma delta.  What is this?

Unfortunately, I have just realized that pictures change the place in full screen.

In full scren it is.

Left column: HxE; HxE; CD3; empty space; CD56; TCRgamma

Right column: HxE; CD2; CD4; CD8; Granz; TCRbeta

So, the final diagnosis is SPLTCL.
