I cant easily sign out a pilomatrical carcinoma. Both benign and malignant counterparts of this entity tend to be mitotically active and usually have some atypical features. Maybe this is one of those cases which p53 is useful. WHO speaks for necrosis and irregular borders for malignancy. Could it be one of the cases that Kazakov uses the term atypical pilomatricoma (?)
