There is some interface damage with eosinophilic exocytosis. Could  be some lichenoid dermatitis, lichenoid drug, lichenoid allergic conact dermatitis; needs cpc.

I don't see the hyaline vessel wall thickening that usually characterises cutaneous collagenous vasculopathy, which also tends to be a widepsread disorder, not localised as in this case. 

I agree with Meenakshi Batrani's description.  The recurrent nature of the eruption might suggest fixed drug eruption, although there is not much evidence of the pigmentary incontinence normally see in that condition.
