Lymphoproliferative disorder with grenz zone and preserved adnexa. Favor pseudolymphoma, B cell for IHC.

I see many follicular dendritic cells in between, so my spot is follicular lymphoma, diffuse type, low grade.

Sorry for the delay in posting the answer.  I was waiting for the immunos to be posted.

Yes, follicle center lymphoma, follicular and diffuse type.
