Looks like an unusual trichoblastoma. I think there are papillary mesenchymal bodies in the periphery of tumour islands

Trichoblastoma ( classic periepithelial fibroblastic stroma ).

Fibroblasatic stroma is classic for trichoblastoma. How often do we see mucin in trichoblastoma?
