For the features like flattened epidermis with hyperkeratosis, follicular plugging and hylainization+edema in papillary dermis, I would go more with extragenital lichen sclerosus. Although, morphea can have overlying lichen sclerosus like changes or there can be morphea-LS overlap, in this case due to biopsy from back which anyways has deep dense reticular dermis, can't say if it is only LS or LS-morphea overlap.
