90-year-old woman, positive ANA with patches and plaques. Biopsy from left buttock. R/O lupus.

Yes MF. Many extravasated erythrocytes, most visible on the right, second from the top frame. Iron stain showed numerous hemosiderophages.

So the final diagnosis was purpuric MF.
