When I see something looking like an aggressive perineal angiomyxoma but well circumscribed, sharing some morphological features with SCL but without any roping collagen, and also with SFT but lacking convincing appropriate findings...I start thinking of CELLULAR ANGIOFIBROMA. Here an other case in dermpathPro:

Case Number : Case 1605 - 19 August

A well-damarcated lesion comprising numerous blood vessels with surrounding bland spindle cells proliferation. Few of the vessel walls appear hyalinised.

Is this ER positive?

My diagnosis is cellular angiofibroma

I favored aggressive angiomyxoma, even though it is a male, and these are more common in females.
