Please note that onsite attendance is limited and will need to be verified by the hospital faculty once you have signed up. It is not guaranteed that you will get a place to attend the course onsite even if you have applied for it. If someone does not get a place onsite, the booking will automatically be converted to online course and delegate will be given a refund for the difference in course fee between the two which is $25.
