Quantitative Electron Microscopy school
After 2005 and 2009, we are pleased to invite you to join the 2013 session of QEM school.
Transmission Electron Microscopy is still improving and is being continuously implemented with new quantitative techniques. Since 2009, vortex beams, charge counting and EDX atomic resolution among other new fundamental or technical developments have been brought to the microscopy community. QEM is a a unique occasion for advanced users to learn and find out about new breakthroughs around Transmission Electron Microscopy.
The lectures will provide an exhaustive overview of up-to-date TEM techniques including mapping of elementals, strains and electromagnetic fields, four dimensions microscopies, and timely instrumental developments.
