Case 2731 (IH Chaudhry) 86M Left scalp C&C. 4mm papule. Rolled edge. Arborising vessels

Dermal islands of eosinophil epithelioid cells with clear cell change and myxoid stroma; prominent nucleoli and mitotic activity. MNF116 +ve; CK7 +ve with membranous staining. No epidermal changes are evident.
