Case 976 (H. Diwan)  F 11 ankle ? foreign body 

Only 2 images visible ? some missing.  Thickened parakeratotic stratum corneum containing pigmented material.  Opportunistic, pigmented septate yeast infection. 

 

Case 4448 (H. Diwan)  M 51 toenail clipping 

Saprophytic non-dermatophyte soil fungus.  Forms melanised chains of conidia.
