Case 1123  13.10.14  (M. Hurt)  The patient is an 87-year-old woman with a biopsy of a lesion on the right distal lower leg

 

Case 1142  7.11.14 (R. Carr) M 80 ear - ?BCC 

Cystic tumour showing apocrine features.  Rather BCC-like in places, cribriform elsewhere.  Typical apocrine carcinoma is normally a pink, tubular tumour  (not a typical clear-cut case). 

 

Case 1612  30.8.16 (U. Sundram) F 65 post-auricular cyst 

Most preferred primary sweat gland tumour to secondary adenocarcinoma.  Morphologically difficult diagnosis.  CK7++; EMA+; P63 +.
