Case 2646  27.8.20 (S. Taibjee) M 53 scalp 

Clinical photo suggests diagnosis. Tumour was CD10+ve (peripheral) and BerEP4 ++. 

S. Taibjee makes point that commonest tumour arising in NS is trichoblastoma rather than BCC.  Trichoblastoma shows mesenchymal CD10 staining.
