Case 564  7.8.12 (W. Grayson/P. McKee)  F 82 head 

Only one view available.  Some islands more BCC-like, others more eosinophilic cytoplasm.  Unable to enlarge to see the granular quality. 

 

Case 2711  26.11.20 (S. Taibjee) F 76 lip lesion 

Mixed conventional micro-nodular BCC and granular cell variant.  No IHC confirmation.
