Case 2882 23.7.21 (R. Carr) F 85 forehead ? nodular BCC

A variety of opinions including MAC (me and others), but BCC confirmed by BerEP4 positivity. Also palisading visible. Unusual to see BCC mimic DTW with keratocysts and relatively even cellular stroma. Further discussion on differential diagnosis.
