Basaloid follicular hamartoma (BFH) + BCC (dual pathology).

Case 831  23.8.13 (R. Carr)  F 75 upper lip, previous BCC’s. 

Typical BCC on left.  BFH component consists of small follicular interconnected cords; no stromal condensations of papillary mesenchymal cells; stromal clefts (common in benign follicular lesions); reactive Merkel cells.
