Case 2214    4.12.18  (U. Sundram)  F 58 vulvar lesion   ESN 

Looked like a sebaceous carcinoma, but thought to be SCC involving sebaceous glands.  Adipophyllin only patchily +ve.  (Vulva is second most common site for seb ca after eyelid)
