Case 2612  10.7.20 (R. Carr)  F 90 buttock.  Long-standing lesion now bleeding 

Looked to me, and others, like hidroacanthoma simplex.  However, ↑N/C ratio, and >50% p53 nuclear staining suggests malignant cellular behaviour.  All in-situ.
