Case 2074  18.5.18 (R. Carr)  no clinical details given 

Tuberculoid-looking granulomata with Langhans’ GC’s and pseudo-epitheliomatous hyperplasia.  Large spherules containing coccidioendospores. 

 

Case 4193  15.2.23 (H. Diwan)  M 51 ulcerative lesions on wrists and chest. (*teaching) 

Granulomatous inflammation and thick-walled spherules containing endospores. 

 

Case 4489 4.4.24 (J Costa Rosa) F 53 plaque on face.  Returned from Arizona. 

Granulomatous inflammation with spherules of coccidiomycosis.
