Case 1509  6.4.16.  (H. Diwan)  M 39 5cm back mass 

Collagen fibres appear separated suggesting scleredma, but clinical description doesn’t fit.  EVG shows loss of elastic fibres. 

DD: nuchal fibroma – these are deeper in the fat and entrap other tissues.  The collagen fibres are abnormally thick.
