Dense, dermal granulomatous inflammation with Langhans’ GC’s and reactive pseuo-epitheliomatous hyperplasia. 

 

Case 4247  2.5.23 (U. Sundram)  F 35 inflammatory bowel disease.  Anal polyps 

Scarring and granulomatous inflammation 

 

Case 4441 29.1.24 (M. Abdel-Halim)  F 45 swollen vulva and fissured ulcers 

Not much pathology to see.  Small focus of epidermal inflammation with underlying granuloma
