Case 967  7.3.14  (R. Carr)  M 79 red, scaly, treatment-resistant facial eruption 

Rather vacuolar interface pattern, but florid granulomatous inflammation with Langhans’ GC’s.  Demodex visible. 

 

Case 1626  19.9.16 (M. Hurt)  M 66 facial papule 

Demodex in granuloma.  Currugated cuticle shown also in follicular mites. 

 

Case 4197 21.2.23 (U. Sundram)  M 49 facial pustules 

Peri-foliicular granulomatous inflammation with follicular mites
