Case 2749  19.1.21 (U. Sundram)  F 52 white patch side of tongue 

Psoriasiform epidermal hyperplasia, physiological parakeratosis, with slight pallor upper epidermis.  PAS negative. 

White patch side of tongue after holding anti-nicotine gum against it. 

 

Case 2758 1.2.21 (R. Logan)  F 22 sore dry rash legs 

Irritant reaction to benzalkonium chloride.  Hyperkeratosis only.  In literature as “granular parakeratosis”.
