Case 2971  25.11.21 (S. Taibjee) F 62 pre-tibial lesions 

Small focus of lichenoid inflammation.  Epidermis atrophic and pigmented.  Dermis shows subtle haemosiderin pigmentation.  Strong melanin in stratum corneum on Masson-Fontana.  Subtle +ve Perl’s stain in dermis.
