Case 960  26.2.14  (H. Diwan)  F 46 pigmented lesions chest, axillae, groins (*teaching) 

Beautiful example of “dark, digitate downgrowths delving dermally” 

 

Case 2004  9.2.18 (R. Carr)  F 35 mottled pigmented patches between and under breasts.  

Classical (*teaching)   

 

Case 4502 23.4.24 (Manuraj Singh) M74 keratotic papular rash 

Digitate downgrowths, but not very pigmented.  Also very late age for onset.  Some acantholysis, perhaps pushing it into the Galli-Galli variant.
