Case 4032 5.7.22 (U. Sundram)  M 62 full body rash.  No transplant history. 

Some suggested TMEP, but clinical description mot compatible.  High-lying apoptotic cells compatible with a lichenoid drug reaction, although interface not very “busy”.  No Sézary cells. 

 

Case 4062 16.8.22 (U. Sundram) M 61 full body rash (renal transplant) 

Apoptotic keratinocytes with lymphocyte satellitosis. 

DD: acute GVHD, but thought to be too long after transplant.
