Case 1998  1.2.18 (IH Chaudhry)  M 68 

Clinical photos very suspicious of MF.  However, histology shows irregular acanthosis, spongiosis and eosinophils both in infiltrate and epidermis.  Not really CTCL pattern. 

 

Case 2669 29.9.20 (U. Sundram)  F 58 forearm rash 

Vacuolar interface reaction with spongiosis, red cell extravasation and parakeratosis.  I thought pityriasis lichenoides acuta, others pityriasis rosea or PPD.  Point made that drug reactions can mimic almost anything. 

 

Case 2822 30.4.17  (R. Carr)  F 60 widespread rash after Covid vaccination 

Lymphocytic vasculitis with eosinophils and purpura.
