Case 1147 14.11.14 (R. Carr) F 80 lower leg
Difficult diagnosis causing much debate. Two distinct elements – ductal adenocarcinoma – strong CK5 +ve suggests primary adnexal ca – metastatic is less strong (30%). Some though could be met from another adenoca. Also Bowenoid SCC. Could be coincidence or one tumour arising from the other.
