Case 918   27.12.13  (R. Carr)  F  69 CLL  Scalp vesicles and extensive back eschar 

Mainly just inflammatory necrotic debris.  No features of HZV, lymphoma etc.  Gram stain negative.  Found to be caused by Pseudomonas. 

 

Case 4505 26.4.24 (Manuraj Singh) M 33 HIV +ve.  Axillary and perianal ulceration. (*teaching) 

Vascular occlusion.  +ve ? Gram stain showing Gm -ve rods ?Pseudomonas.
