Case 924 7.1.14 (M. Hurt) F 59 arm biopsy

Ischaemic and lipophagic fat necrosis ? Traumatic. No remaining lipocyte nuclei.

Case 2173 8.10.18 (L. Yu) M 55 elbow

Cyst-like structure with fibrous capsule. Lipomembranous contents represent degenerate fat. Thought to be trauma-related fat necrosis which detaches from surroundings. Not resorbed because of fibrous capsule.
